Legal Notice
AINSORA is currently developing its commercial activity within the IncubaTest business incubator, operated by BGE Yvelines (Yvelines, France) and co-financed by the European Union. Under this arrangement, IncubaTest provides legal hosting, accounting support, and administrative structure to entrepreneurs testing their business activity. IncubaTest acts as the legal host entity for this website and all commercial documents issued under the CAPE framework (Contrat d'Appui au Projet d'Entreprise — French law no. 2003-721 of 1 August 2003, Dutreil Act, articles 20 and 21).
In accordance with French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy and decree of 9 May 2007 relating to the trade and companies register.
