AINSORA's Warranty

AINSORA's Limited Warranty

AINSORA has built a reputation on providing high-quality products to its customers and it stands behind each product it manufactures. Accordingly, AINSORA warrants the products it manufactures will be free from defects in material or workmanship and will function in accordance with their official written specifications, so long as they are used and stored in accordance with industry standards and any unique handling instructions provided by AINSORA (the "Warranty"). While AINSORA warrants all of its products will function in accordance with their official written specifications, AINSORA does not warrant all products will function uninterrupted or error free. Occasional errors and interruptions will be expeditiously addressed remotely by AINSORA's support staff at support@ainsora.com. Further, verbal or informal specifications will not be covered by the Warranty. To be enforceable, a product specification must be stated in AINSORA official literature. No product shall be considered defective or otherwise in breach of the Warranty simply because it needs to be adapted to or otherwise does not comply with the laws and regulations of the customer's home country or jurisdiction.

Warranty Terms

The Warranty shall apply to each AINSORA manufactured product for a minimum of 12 months after it is shipped to the customer. The warranty period for TacNet Case and Portable Kit may be extended by agreement to 60 months from the date of delivery. Any custom-built products shall likewise be subject to a warranty period that fits their custom nature. An invoice itemizing a product's warranty period shall be included with the product when it is delivered to the customer, and the warranty dates associated with a given product may further be obtained at any time by e-mailing a written request with the product's serial number to rma@ainsora.com. No verbal extensions or modifications of the Warranty shall be enforceable.

Batteries

Some of the products may contain Li-ion battery. It is charged for 50%. In order to extend life-cycle of built-in Li-ion battery, it is recommended to store products with built-in Li-ion battery charged to 50%. Warranty period for built-in battery is 12 months. No warranty applies to replaceable batteries. The performance of built-in battery is acceptable until it keeps the respective unit up for more than 60% of the specified working time in room temperature (20°C / 68°F). Replacement of built-in battery should be performed by authorized personnel of Supplier – AINSORA.

Warranty Limitations

The Warranty shall be voidable at AINSORA's discretion in any circumstance where an AINSORA manufactured product has been damaged by a customer's conduct or an act of God including, but not limited to:

  • Damage caused by the customer's improper use of the product
  • Mechanical damage caused by a physical impact
  • The accumulation of moisture or water in a product's housing
  • Damage caused by wind, hail, rain, animal, insect or other environmental events
  • Electromagnetic damage caused by a power surge, overvoltage, or a strike of lighting

Finally, for the Warranty to be effective, all repairs and modifications to a product, including its software, must be performed by AINSORA and the Warranty shall be voidable at AINSORA's discretion in any circumstance where a customer or its agent opens a product's housing or otherwise attempts to modify or repair a product, including its software, without AINSORA's permission. There are currently no third-parties authorized to repair AINSORA's products.

Product Repairs & Liability Limitations

In the event an AINSORA manufactured product does not conform with the Warranty, AINSORA will fix or replace the nonfunctioning product in accordance with the procedures set forth below. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Warranty and AINSORA's offer to repair or replace the nonfunctioning product shall be the customer's sole and exclusive remedy for any product defect. AINSORA shall not be liable for any other damages or consequential losses arising from a product defect.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AINSORA DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE AINSORA'S PRODUCTS.

Warranty Claim Procedures

To file a warranty claim, the customer must first submit a detailed written description of the alleged product defect to support@ainsora.com. AINSORA will respond to all warranty requests within two business days and will work with the customer to resolve the issue remotely, if possible. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, AINSORA will, at its sole discretion, either send a replacement product to the customer or instruct the customer to return the defective product to AINSORA for repair.

Should AINSORA request the return of a product, the customer shall obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number by e-mailing rma@ainsora.com. The customer shall then return the product, at the customer's expense, to AINSORA's facilities in accordance with the shipping instructions provided by AINSORA. All returned products must include the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package. Products returned without an RMA number may be refused or subject to processing delays.

Upon receiving the product, AINSORA will examine it and determine whether the alleged defect is covered by the Warranty. If the defect is covered, AINSORA will repair or replace the product and return it to the customer at AINSORA's expense. If the defect is not covered by the Warranty, AINSORA will notify the customer and return the product to the customer at the customer's expense.

Advance Replacement

In certain circumstances, AINSORA may offer an advance replacement of a defective product. In such cases, AINSORA will ship a replacement product to the customer before receiving the defective product. The customer must return the defective product within 30 days of receiving the replacement. If the customer fails to return the defective product within this period, AINSORA reserves the right to charge the customer for the replacement product.
